Been going for years and got treated like utter rubbish yesterday evening. Had 4 pints each, and wouldn’t serve us as the ‘manager’ claimed we were drunk. This is complete and utter nonsense, this has been out regular for years now, and the fact that the so called ‘manager’ and his staff started to laugh at us is disgusting. Sense of racism going on here, laughing at 3 men who was just trying to order a drink. You ought to be absolutely ashamed.

Unfortunately a man became ill on the table next to us the staff were really good with him they had to wait over 2hours for an ambulance would recommend the ash tree good wheelchair access ♿ at the front

It was my favourite place on the earth but not now. The menu is now basic and akin to fast food restaurants, whereby there was always something different. A member of staff made our family event so uncomfortable, we left after 1 drink and food. Gutted

Rude lazy staff and the cleanliness is abismal !!! The staff were more concerned with chatting to one another and ignoring customers awaiting service. The restaurant was dirty! Tables needed emptying of spent dishes and the floor had used cutlery and sachets and serviettes discarded, yet staff seemed annoyed to have their conversation interrupted to order food and were very rude! So we left, total loss about £30-40 today. But Word of mouth to family and friends in local area, considerably more loss expected as it will be boycotted.

Good food at good prices. Especially like the combo sharing meals. Great that u can order and pay on Ur phone and it's brought straight to Ur table.

Good food at an affordable price for the young and older clientele very handy to Ashton shopping mall if you just want to drop in for a coffee or a drink will be returning at a later date

I went in today with a friend and my support dog. I asked the first guy who came to the door, he asked his manager to see if I could have my dog with me. He told me this is a one off and told me to bring ID for my dog next time. He told me that it's all fine as long as my dog didn't make a mess or run around. Later on after we sat down. 2 other workers said that it was all fine after explaining that my dog is a support dog.
Later on, this ginger staff member, came up to the table being really patronising kneeling down at the table and started basically going, being incredibly rude, saying that I shouldn't be there and I'm not allowed to be there with my support dog. And he said because we've already ordered, so he can't do anything else about it.
Throughout the whole time my support dog lay under the table at my legs and didn't even make a single issue once, while the ginger staff member kept staring and giving dirty looks. Me and my friend was there for over an hour and half just talking and my dog didn't cause an issue.
Me and my friend wanted one last drink before leaving, so i went to the bar to order, the bartender proceeded half way through making my drink, before the ginger staff member appeared once more, stood beside him and stopped him from making the drink, and proceeded to pour my order down the sink, and told us that we need to leave because of my dog, essentially rejected being served.
